Rehearsal Cookout Info

Everyone is welcome to attend the rehearsal dinner cookout at 2pm the day before the wedding. We'll be grilling burgers/brawts/chicken/ribs at picnic shelter number 7 in Lake Wheeler Park off 6404 Lake Wheeler Road in Raleigh. Upon entering the park, just go straight until you see a brown sign on the right for the shelter and there will be some balloons also. Feel free to call either one of us if you're lost. We'll cookout, drink, play games, and socialize until it's time to head to the Chapel for the actual rehearsal around 6pm. Directions from RDU Airport to Candlewood Inn

1) Head NW on Airport Blvd toward W. International Drive
2) Slight Right to stay on Airport Blvd
3) Turn Left to merge onto I-40 E toward Raleigh
4) Slight Right at Raleigh Chapel-Hill Expy (I-440/US-1N/Wade Ave)
5) Take the I-440N/US-1N exit toward Wake Forest/Rocky Mount/Wilson
6) Merge onto I-440 E/US-1 N
7) Take exit 7 for US-70/N C 50/Glenwood Avenue toward Crabtree Valley/Durham
8) Turn Left at Glenwood Avenue
9) Take the 1st Right onto Lead Mine Road
10) Hotel will be on the left :)

Directions to Chapel from Hotel

1) Head south on Lead Mine Rd toward N. Hills Drive
2) Take the 3rd left onto Glenwood Avenue
3) Turn right at Oberlin Rd.
4) Turn left at Hillsborough Street which becomes W. Morgan Street
5) W. Morgan Street turns slightly right and becomes New Bern Avenue
6) Turn right at S. East Street and the chapel is a little white building on the right

Hotel Accommodations and the Ceremony

Hotel Accommodations can be made at the Candlewood Suites Crabtree location in Raleigh, NC. It is located on 4433 Lead Mine Rd. Raleigh, NC 27612 and the phone number is (919) 789-4840. If you book the hotel by April 14th, you get the cheaper rates (tell them you're booking for the Tim Hall or Sarah Joines wedding) and a one bedroom rate is $59/night while a suite is $89/night.

The ceremony and reception will be held at the All Saints Chapel on 110 South East Street in Raleigh, NC 27601 starting at 7:30pm and going to midnight. Dinner, dancing, and drinks all night!

Greetings future wedding guests! Tim and I decided that the easiest way to get information about the wedding to all of ya'll would be through a blog.
